We have implemented additional infection control practices on top of our standard protocols that include frequently cleaning common areas, minimizing contact and interactions between patients and staff, and we have increased the protective equipment staff wear. We have implemented multiple medical grade air purifiers throughout the office and physical barriers to reduce unnecessary exposure.

How are you protecting patients and staff, what protocols do you have in place?

What are the requirements of patients?

There will be some changes to conduct and protocol when coming to the office

  •  Masks are recommended to wear in the office.

  • Please use office provided hand sanitizer upon entering the office.

  • Bring the bare minimum of personal items (please limit to phone, wallet, keys if possible)

  • We are trying to minimize people in our office at all times, please only one parent per minor accompaniment to dental appointments. If you do have someone with you, please have them wait in car until your appointment is done.

What has staff been doing to ensure patient safety?

Our staff has been trained in and adheres to the recommended CDC and OSHA standards and takes your safety very seriously.

What if I don’t want to wear a mask to the office or fill out COVID screening forms?

Masks are recommended but not mandatory at this time. We are no longer implementing the COVID screening form. However, if you’re experiencing any symptoms similar or related to COVID symptoms, please inform our office immediately prior to your appointment in an effort to keep our staff and community safe.

These are subject to change based on the continuous trending changes and on the recommendations set forth by the CDC and WHO organizations.

Please call or email the office if you have any additional questions or concerns.
